<p>Subway token taker Lucy (Sandra) loves from afar a handsome young man (Peter Gallager).  The young man falls on the tracks and Lucy saves his life.  While in and out of a coma, the young may or may not have asked her to marry him.  Lucy likes the guy.  She likes his family.  Why not marry him?</p>
<p>May 15<sup>th</sup> – <strong>TWO WEEKS NOTICE – </strong>2002 – directed by Marc Lawrence</p>
<p>Lawyer Lucy Kelson (Sandra) is a defender of lost causes.  George Wade (Hugh Grant) is an immature boorish billionaire who wants to buy and destroy a community center that her neighborhood depends on.  She will do anything to stop him.  Even becoming his lawyer.</p>
<p>May 22<sup>nd</sup> <strong>– THE BLIND SIDE – </strong>2009 &#8211; directed by John Lee Hancock</p>
<p>Leigh Anne Tuohy (Sandra) sees a young man in dire straits.  She decides to save the young man’s life.</p>
<p>Miss Bullock’s Oscar winning performance.</p>

<p>April 17<sup>th</sup> – <strong>PILLOW TALK – </strong>1959 directed by Michael Gordon</p>
<p>First Doris and Rock Hudson movie.  Winner of the 1959 Academy Award for best original screenplay.  Added to the NATIONAL FILM REGISTRY is 2009.</p>
<p>April 24<sup>th</sup> – <strong>MIDNIGHT LACE &#8211; </strong>1960 directed by David Miller</p>
<p>Kit Preston (Doris) is convinced that someone is trying to kill but no one believes her.  With Rex Harrison and John Gavin.</p>

<strong>March 20th</strong>  – <em>WOMAN’S WORLD </em>– 1954, Directed by Jean Negulesco, Katie’s (June&#8217;s) husband (Cornel Wilde) is up for a big promotion.   He wants it.  Katie is not so sure.  The all-star cast includes Lauren Bacall, Fred MacMurray, Van Heflin, Arlene Dahl, and Clifton Webb <br/ ><br />
<strong>March 27th </strong> <em>THE GLENN MILLER STORY</em> &#8211; 1954, Directed by Anthony Mann, a Bio-Pic about 1940’s band leader Glenn Miller.   The most successful film of June’s career.  June plays Mrs. Miller while James Stewart plays Glenn. </p>
